Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The product is in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Eligibility

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Return Process

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within a certain number of days.     Exchanges
